On-site events team

Our team of undercover superheroes make it look easy, working behind-the-scenes managing everything: load-in, day-of event management and load-out…all with a smile.  Finally, you can enjoy being the host while we take care of the rest!

Budgeting

Often, our clients have a vision for their event but don’t have a clue what it might cost.  Good thing you’ve got us.  We are experts at budgeting, so you know when to save and where to splurge for the greatest impact and live event experience for your guests.

Event design

We bring crazy ideas to life.  Our global network of vendors/suppliers can create anything you and our team dream up for your next live event, tapping into all five senses.

As your full service party planner based in Nottingham, England, our team of UK professionals will work alongside you to plan, design and produce the event of your dreams. Specialising in Nottingham, East Midlands, London and destination events in the United States.

Just name a date, give us a budget range and our award-winning event planners will work our magic from there. Our event planning fees begin at £1350 GBP, plus a day-of hourly fee for our on-site events staff.
