B165: How to have an incredible year ahead (guided visualization)
January 6, 2026

Time for a guided visualization exercise: How to have an incredible year ahead. Not a year filled with overwhelm. But a year filled with simplicity and ease. A year where you go after your goals—using your vision board as your compass—guiding you toward what you truly want, need, and desire in your work and your life.

This is about New Year, Same You… creating new opportunities that actually support your vision of an incredible life.

One where you practice discernment.

You say no to the things, people, and opportunities that don’t fit your vision.
And you stay committed to showing up for the ones that feel like a full-body hell yeah.

You’re being bold.
You’re asking for what you need—with your outside voice.
You’re pursuing what’s already yours.

And most importantly… you’re learning to trust yourself.
To listen to your intuition.

To root down into your deep inner knowing—your deep wisdom and courage.

So, how does it work? Simple! Let my voice be a guide for you as you focus inward to help you tap into your inner wisdom and Intuition for answers.

Listen and participate in this guided visualization exercise: How to have an incredible year ahead.

Before we get started, here are a few things that you’ll need to do in order to get the most out of this.

  1. Create a safe space - no distractions or interruptions

First off, you’ll need to create a safe space where you won’t be distracted or interrupted… and also, keep in mind that during this exercise, you’ll have your eyes closed. So yeah, probably not best to do this one while driving.

Silence your phone notifications… The world can wait for the next few minutes.

Then, get comfortable in a seated position or lying down, if that feels better. You get to decide. As with all visualization and breathing exercises we do together this year, you always get to decide what is best for you… take what you need and release the rest.

Okay, now close your eyes or avert your gaze to the ground.

  1. Take 3 intentional breaths together with me

Let’s take three intentional, life-affirming breaths.

Now, let your breathing come back to a normal pace, whatever feels right for you.

  1. Do a body scan and feel your feet

It’s time to do a body scan…  Imagine you’re slowly scanning your body from the top of your head… down past your shoulders…Through your arms… to your fingertips… All the way down your torso, hips, legs, and toes.

Notice any sensations — maybe tightness, softness, warmth, heaviness.
No judgment.
Nothing to fix.

Just noticing.

Once you’re at your feet, really take notice of what it feels like to have your feet make contact with the ground. To be firmly rooted down, the safety and security of that sensation. What do your feet feel like right now?

  1. Time to visualize - How to have an incredible year ahead.

I want you to imagine you’re outside on a beautiful day.
The temperature is just right.
A gentle breeze meets you exactly when you need it.

You’re standing in one of your favorite places—a space where you feel calm, clear, and fully yourself.

Let’s activate your senses.

First—sight.

Look around slowly.
What do you see?
Colors, shapes, light, movement.
What feels comforting or inspiring to your spirit?

Breathe.

Now—sound.

What do you hear?
Birds, wind, laughter, quiet.
Maybe a familiar voice offering encouragement.
What words land softly in your heart?

Breathe.

Now—touch.

Reach out and connect with something near you.
The texture.
The temperature.
What sensation reminds you that you’re safe, present, and alive?

Breathe.

Now—smell.

What scents surround you?
Fresh air.
Coffee.
Flowers.
Something that instantly brings you back to yourself.

Breathe.

Now—taste.

What do you taste?
Something sweet.
Something grounding.
Something that feels like a small celebration.

Breathe.

All five senses are awake now.

You feel calm.
Centered.
Clear.

And now… I’d like to gently invite your sixth sense come into the light.

Your intuition.

The quiet, steady voice within you that knows.
It always has.

In this moment, imagine your vision board appearing in front of you—not as a collage, but as a feeling.

Listen closely.

What message does your Intuition want you to hear right now?

There’s no forcing.
No overthinking.

Just receiving.

Remember…
You don’t have to think twice.
It’s alright.

Done is better than perfect.

Just go for it.

Every day, you’re learning to love and appreciate yourself more.
And every step forward counts.

Take a quiet moment now to say thank you—to yourself, to your inner wisdom, to this pause.

This knowing is always available to you. Anytime you need guidance, clarity, or courage.

Take one final deep, grounding breath.
And when you’re ready… gently open your eyes.

--------------

So, how did that feel? What came up for you?

I want you to set a 7-minute timer, grab a pen and paper, and take this time to write down everything you remember from this visualization exercise.

One final whisper

Wanna hear the good news?

This year ahead?

Trust yourself.

Live boldly.

I hope this visualization sticks with you the entire week through. Do it again and again if you need clarity or fresh ideas to help your spirit feel refreshed once again… because when you tap into your deep inner knowing, you’re accessing the deep inner wisdom. That electric energy that can be found inside all of us that connects us all together. It knows. You know. We all know if we are brave and we open ourselves to it.

You can do this, I believe in you.
